Payment Options
Payments can be made either annually in full before the end of January or monthly over 10 months (January – October). A R100 administration fee will be charged if there is a default on any payment. Interest at a rate of 5% above the prime lending rate will be charged on any overdue portion. Note that all amounts, where applicable, include VAT at 15%.

How does the application process work?
Parents must submit their daughter’s application form together with the admin fee of R600, a copy of her birth certificate, latest report, proof of residence and copies of their IDs. This can be done either online or handed in personally.
How long in advance should I begin my daughter’s application to St Mary’s?
Ideally, parents should apply well in advance to secure a place, however, we do take applications a year prior to entry.
Can I reserve my daughter’s place at St Mary’s from birth?
It is wise to submit forms early as we offer Grade R places 18 months in advance and on receipt of the capital deposit.
How many payment options are available?
Parents can pay school fees upfront for the year or on a ten month debit order system.
How do I apply for a scholarship for my daughter?
Submit the application forms and then request a scholarship form thereafter.
Are there any discounts offered for early payment?
Yes, there is a 5% discount for fees paid before 31 January.
